Upgrade facilities generally and modernize internally and externally. Give house street appeal with reference to holiday location.

Solution

Internal: Re-arrange internal walls to create another bedroom (4), paint throughout and install new floor coverings. Re-tile bathrooms and laundry and renew fittings and joinery as required.

External: Remove existing windows, install new windows and make good. Construct front portico and render external walls. Construct new pergola and decking at front and rear.
