For Owner Builders or Owners who want to have a more hands-on approach to their Building project, we offer a Project Management service to guide and assist you through the process.

The service involves Liaison and Consultation with you throughout the entire project.

• We prepare a Budget Estimate from your Building Plans and this provides the basis for negotiations with Trades and Manufacturers prior to their selection or employment
• Offer advice on Material selection and Tradespeople based on Budget and personal preference
• Supervise all Work carried out and approve prior to payment
• Collate and asses Invoices for trades and services to determine that they fit the quotation and standards expected
• Sign off and complete Occupancy Certificate for Council Compliance
